All clear given at Carruthers Hall after report of 'suspicious substance'

The University has given an all clear for Carruthers Hall. According to the University’s website, the substance found was not determined to be hazardous.

Carruthers Hall, an administrative office on Emmet St./Rt. 29 across the street from Barracks Road Shopping Center, is back in normal operation.
