The University recently announced its new five-year plan to cut back on energy use, emissions and waste.
The commission’s work is scheduled to be completed by Nov. 30.

This year, the University community felt much grief as eight students were lost.
The University’s Board of Visitors met over the course of the 2015-16 school year, beginning in mid-August with their annual retreat and most recently in late April.
The proposed facilities at the Boar’s Head Inn would offer 12 courts, seating for 3,500 spectators and a clubhouse with a locker room, lounge, meeting room, offices and viewing platform.
Signed and framed copies of the resolutions would be presented to the students’ families.
Other hotlines exist in the University community to serve the needs of students.
Vaidhyanathan said the University was the “ideal place to hold this conversation.”
The University has no written document that specifies a policy but provides some gender neutral bathrooms around Grounds.
Families and friends created this scholarship in the memory of Kris Kishore, a 1995 graduate of the University.
The main criteria for applicants are a certain number of pro bono or public service volunteer work hours.
Much of the case revolved around defining whether an official action is limited to exercising actual governmental power or just threatening to exercise it or pressuring others to use their power.
The award is given to that student who excels in personal integrity, achievement, leadership and humility.
