In a 4-3 decision Friday, the Supreme Court of Virginia issued a ruling which affirmed the Tazewell County Circuit’s position on redistricting, nullifying the results of the Commonwealth’s contested April 21 redistricting vote.
Final examinations are still occurring at the University and are set to conclude Friday, but University students lost Canvas access Thursday afternoon.
Frost, who testified to Congress Feb. 25, 2025 on the constitutionality of birthright citizenship, explained that the executive order challenges the traditional interpretation of the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment.
According to the University Bookstore Executive Director Cristy Huffman, the University has seen a roughly 27 percent increase in blue books sales from April 2024-25 to April 2025-26.
“We have to buy into our approach better,” Coach Pollard said in the postgame press conference. “More importantly, we have to have better competitive fight, and I told them both of those things at the end of the ballgame.”
