Three cheers

If I may, I would like to amplify the much appreciated and well-written article by Alborz Meshabi ("Grad students receive space," Sept. 14) on the newly designated space for graduate students in the Back Room of Pavilion XI. Without the support of Nicole Jackson and Brent Beringer of Dining Services, this important space would not include the amenities and warm atmosphere now available to our graduate students. The graduate School Council and the office of the Dean of Students are much obliged for the ongoing collaboration and support of these good people. Thank you.
