Under federal law, the use of state financial aid funds may not be applied towards students with DACA status, which is why the University is privately funding this initiative.

“If that trust is lost, for whatever reason, it is exceedingly difficult to continue to lead,” Ryan said. “It seems we have reached that point.”
It is unclear at this time whether the damage is a result of vandalism.
